HOW DOES IT WORK

TAARE ASSIST provides assistance to your parents in their day to day tasks through our expert Dedicated Care Givers who are always close by.

 

​An Initial Call / Whatsapp to +91 8928450113 will help us understand your specific needs. Our team will also request you to fill in a questionnaire and a an Service Agreement to ensure that your requirements are captured in detail. The Agreement can be downloaded from the website from the Customer Service Agreement Tab. A signed scanned copy would be required to be sent to TAARE ASSIST

 

Based on your requirements, a Dedicated Care Giver (DCG) will be assigned to your parents. The DCG will also visit to your parents to address and questions or concerns

 

Once your parents are comfortable with the DCG and have conveyed their expectations, you can pay the subscription amount for the TAARE ASSIST program. You will then be provided with the contact details of the DCG as well a supervisor.

 

Payments for additional services utilized from our vendors do need to be made directly by your parents. We can also set up a pre-funded credit facility for them which you could Fund from time to time. This facility would be in your / your parents name and you could choose to give TAARE ASSIST access with the Pin / OTP being in your control

​​​On Start of Service

 

Your parents can call or Whatsapp their DCG for their needs during the agreed upon working hours. The DCG will manage the entire coordination and backend to ensure that the requirement is fulfilled within a suitable time period

 

The DCG will meet your parents at least twice a month. Once a month, you will also receive a brief update of all services availed off by your parents in the past month.
